
Lee Kyu-tak

Lee Kyu-tak specialises in buncheong, a technique indigenous to Korea, which is characterised by earthy colours and white slip decoration.
Lee’s body of work is very varied, showing the artist’s versatility and creative output.

On the one hand, he embraces the natural flow of the glaze on the pot and the unpredictable nature of the firing process; on the other he brings to life finely decorated works or plane surfaces.
