Shin Gyung-Kyun, with 40 years of experience as a potter, brings his own unique perspective to traditional porcelain techniques. His methods are a legacy from his father, the acclaimed ceramicist Jung-hee Shin, who was celebrated for reviving Goryeo ceramics during the 1960s and 1970s. Shin's pieces combine traditional beauty with a modern touch, fired in a classic wood-fired kiln that showcases Korea's natural splendor. With their simplicity, authenticity, and refined elegance, Shin's ceramics seamlessly connect traditional art with contemporary life. In 2014, his moon jars were exhibited at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris
